Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group, a leading Indonesian labeling and packaging manufacturer, seeks a Senior Maintenance leader in West Java. You will oversee the maintenance organization, drive TPM and Lean initiatives, and ensure asset reliability and safety standards across production lines.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize cost and uptime while developing people and procedures in a fast-paced, ISO-certified environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years in maintenance with 3–5 years in a managerial role in manufacturing (printing/packaging preferred).
• Strong expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and utilities.
• Experience with TPM, Lean, RCA, OEE, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with CMMS and budgeting processes.
• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, communication skills, and stakeholder management.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance organization.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Develop maintenance schedules, budgets, KPIs, spare parts, and resource planning.
• Drive Operational Excellence through TPM, Lean, RCA, OEE enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align maintenance with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO standards, and company procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and succession plan to build a high-performance team.
