Qualifications

• Basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Understanding of food preparation, cooking methods, and following recipes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support your superior in daily tasks, including preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes.
• Handle food preparation such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in your work area throughout the shift and at closing.
• Prepare and cook food following recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and preparation checklists.
• Ensure all stock and supplies are properly maintained and organized.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures at all times.
