Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience as a Cook or similar role is preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards.
• Complete daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, storage, and temperature-control procedures.
• Check ingredient quality and minimise food waste.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Assist with stock checks and communicate ingredient requirements.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and preparation areas.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling
