Job summary

Qualifications

• D3 in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related technical field.
• 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical wiring, pneumatics/hydraulics.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Analytical and proactive in equipment maintenance.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on Line 5 machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment for hazards, wear, and inefficiencies.
• Repair or replace defective parts per safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production to optimize line efficiency and changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work environment per company regulations.
