Job summary

Qualifications

• D3 in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related technical field.
• 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical wiring, pneumatics/hydraulics.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Analytical and proactive in equipment maintenance.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on all machinery and equipment specifically designated for Line 5.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and equipment walkthroughs to identify potential hazards, wear-and-tear, or inefficiencies.
• Repair or replace defective machine parts and components in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize line efficiency and ensure smooth transitions during product changeovers.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts usage, and equipment performance logs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to 5S principles and company safety regulations.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a Vocational Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing or production plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
