Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain all machinery and auxiliary equipment across the production line. You will conduct regular preventive maintenance, inspections, and promptly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with the production team to optimize line efficiency, ensure output meets quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate logs of maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing/processing plant.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Shift-work capable with commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all machinery and auxiliary equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all machinery and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify and resolve potential equipment failures before they occur.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Collaborates closely with the production team to optimize line efficiency and ensure output meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, Quality Assurance guidelines, and 5S workplace organization standards.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing or processing plant, preferably within the food or feed industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Good problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a shift-work environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and discipline.
