Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operator for IN LINE-6 to monitor, operate and maintain all line machinery and auxiliary equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and log maintenance activities to support safe, efficient production.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, collaborate with the production team to optimize line performance, and uphold safety, QA guidelines and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing or processing plant.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Good problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a shift-work environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all machinery and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify and resolve potential equipment failures before they occur
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime
• Collaborates closely with the production team to optimize line efficiency and ensure output meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and parts inventory
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, Quality Assurance guidelines, and 5S workplace organization standards
