Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance/operating experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical wiring, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Analytical, proactive approach to equipment maintenance; detail-oriented and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on Line 5 machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment to identify hazards, wear, or inefficiencies.
• Repair or replace defective parts per safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production to optimize line efficiency and changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace following 5S and safety rules.
