Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain all machinery and auxiliary equipment across the production line. You will conduct regular preventive maintenance, inspections, and promptly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with the production team to optimize line efficiency, ensure output meets quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate logs of maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing/processing plant.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Shift-work capable with commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to prevent failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production team to optimize line efficiency and quality.
• Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety, QA guidelines, and 5S standards.
