Job summary

DISPENDIX, part of BICO, seeks an Inside Sales Representative based in Bandung, Indonesia. You will handle inbound/outbound sales, manage CRM data in HubSpot, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive consumables and service offerings across regions.

You will qualify leads, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities within existing customers. Strong English, familiarity with CRM tools, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are required in this fast-growing life sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• First professional experience in Inside Sales or comparable commercial role.
• Experience with outbound sales and lead qualification is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, BioIntelli or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumables sales, inquiries, quotations, pricing, and lead-time confirmations.
• Support sale and renewal of service contracts and offerings.
• Qualify, enrich, and route inbound leads to Sales teams.
• Identify potential customers across academic, pharma, and biotech markets.
• Maintain CRM data quality in HubSpot and cross-region collaboration.
