DKSH Management Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in Life Science products, especially NGS and Flow Cytometry, and to identify opportunities across universities, research institutions, hospitals, and biotech companies.

You will build relationships with researchers, laboratory managers, and procurement teams, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with application and technical teams to develop a robust pipeline for genomics markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or other Life Science disciplines.
• Approximately 2–5+ years of experience in Life Science sales, application support, business development, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience or good technical understanding of NGS, molecular biology, genomics, Flow Cytometry, cell analysis, or related laboratory technologies is highly preferred.
• Experience selling scientific instruments, reagents, consumables, or laboratory solutions is an advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop customer accounts.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for Life Science product portfolio and territory.
• Manage the sales cycle for NGS, Flow Cytometry, reagents, consumables, instruments, and related solutions; identify opportunities across universities, research institutions, hospitals, labs, and biotech companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with researchers, laboratory managers, principal investigators, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
• Understand customers' research objectives and workflows to recommend products through a consultative approach.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, seminars, and demonstrations with Application and Technical Support teams.
• Develop key accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline to support short- and long-term growth; monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
• Prepare forecasts, account plans, and reports; collaborate with Product Management, Application Specialists, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Technical Service.
• Support tender processes, proposals, contract negotiations, and other sales activities; maintain up-to-date product and application knowledge.
