Job summary

DKSH Indonesia is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in Life Science products, focusing on NGS and Flow Cytometry. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with researchers and labs, and deliver consultative solutions to academic and biotechnology customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, and execute sales activities, with clear paths to a Sales Manager role as you develop in market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Science, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in Life Science sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience or strong knowledge of NGS, molecular biology, genomics, Flow Cytometry or related tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Life Science portfolio in Jakarta area.
• Manage sales cycle for NGS, Flow Cytometry, reagents, consumables, and instruments from lead generation to closing.
• Build relationships with researchers, lab managers, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
