Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Area Manager for West Java and Sumatera to lead the commercial lens business, driving growth and profitability through sales strategy, analysis, and reporting. You will align sales decisions with strategic lens objectives and collaborate with multiple departments to optimize resource allocation.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing, 5+ years in sales leadership, and English and Bahasa proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• 5+ years in sales management, sales operations or business development.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C models is preferred.
• Optical industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and establish strategic partnerships with key customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with major accounts.
• Identify and manage new and ongoing opportunities in Lenses.
• Achieve sales targets and drive growth for responsibility accounts.
• Lead sales team to execute plans and marketing activities.
• Develop customer segmentation and align with commercial focus.
• Oversee account receivable and financial metrics for accounts.
