Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Indonesia invites an Area Manager for West Java and Sumatera to lead the Commercial lens business, driving growth and profitability through strong sales leadership, analysis, and strategic partnerships.

You will align sales decisions with objectives, collaborating with marketing, finance and operations to shape strategies and allocate resources across Indonesia from Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Business or Marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales management, Sales Operations or Business Development.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C business models.
• Experience in optical industry is a plus.
• Project management experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills and business acumen.
• Optometry knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Languages English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Drive target revenue and strategic partnerships with key customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with key customers.
• Identify, develop and manage new and ongoing lens business opportunities.
• Manage and grow sales within assigned accounts and ensure achievement of targets.
• Lead sales team to implement sales and marketing plans for growth.
• Develop customer and product segmentation for commercial focus.
• Oversee revenue growth and account management in Indonesia.
• Coordinate with marketing and finance to maximize sales potential and ensure timely execution.

Your role

We are looking for a Area Manager West Java and Sumatera to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The position serves as the Head of Commercial lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through sales product, analysis and reporting. The role requires aligning sales decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.

Main responsibilities:

Job Scope :

• Responsibilites of target revenue andstategic partnership with the customer
• Maintaining positive business relationships with key customer
• Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and ongoing business opportunities of Lenses.
• Responsible for maintenance, monitoring achieving sales team target and growth of the responsibility accounts.
• Managing sales team to execute sales and marketing plans to grow existing and new accounts
• Develop strategic appropriate Customer andproduct segmentation as commercial and marketing product focus.
• Sales revenues and growth of the responsibility accounts in Indonesia.
• Coordination and managing account receivable for all responsibilities accounts in his or her team coverage.
• Account management staregy and delivery, include pre and post‑sales activities, pre call plan, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations.
• Work closely with the related stageholder as amarketing and Finance to develop programs that maximizes sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives
• Work Location Jakarta

Main requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Business or Marketing
• Should have prior 5+ years of experience at Sales management or Sales Operations or Business Development role
• Has relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C business model
• Has experience work atthe optical industry is a plus
• Experienced in project management
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills, Business Acumen
• Optometry knowledge is a plus
• Dynamic, motivated and self-driven also able to work well independently as well as in cross‑functional teams
• Self motivated and Work Independently
• Language English and Bahasa.
