Job summary

You will monitor team performance, provide coaching and regular reports, and assist in recruiting new RM Funding members while contributing to company growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer-to-Peer or Banking industries, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, selling and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new potential lenders through team-driven strategies and personal networks.
• Supervise and support the team in assisting lender-related inquiries and needs (account creation, management, and optimization).
• Monitor, analyze, and drive team performance to meet revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Provide regular reports, feedback, and training to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying, recommending, and assisting in the selection of new RM Funding team members.
