Job summary

PT Yadea Manufaktur Kendaraan Listrik is seeking a skilled Legal Staff to join our team in West Java. The role focuses on preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and licenses, to support operations.

You will review agreements, provide legal recommendations, and ensure compliance with Indonesian laws. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and strong contract drafting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Staff or In-house Legal, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Solid understanding of corporate law, agreements/contracts, business licensing, and employment regulations.
• Strong skills in contract drafting and contract review.
• Good understanding of Indonesia's corporate legal requirements and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage the company’s legal documents, including cooperation agreements, contracts, NDAs, addendums, and other legal documents.
• Review agreements and documents related to the company’s business operations and provide legal advice and recommendations when necessary.
• Ensure that the company’s documents and activities comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Assist in managing and monitoring the company’s legal documents, licenses, and permits.
• Monitor the validity and renewal periods of contracts, licenses, permits, and other legal documents.
• Assist in handling legal matters related to the company’s business activities and coordinate with external parties or legal consultants when necessary.
• Prepare legal opinions, legal letters, and other legal documents as required.
• Conduct legal research and monitor new regulations that may affect the company’s business operations.
• Maintain and organize the company’s legal documents and records properly.
• Provide legal support to various departments and advise on legal aspects related to business activities.
