Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian contract, corporate, and commercial law.
• Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and document review skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English and Indonesian; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal support for procurement, vendor, marketing, dealer, and IT matters.
• Research Indonesian corporate, commercial, automotive, data privacy regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on operations.
• Support licenses, submissions, reporting, and corporate documentation.
