Job summary

The ideal candidate has a law degree and at least 5 years of experience in contract or commercial partnerships, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder needs across borders. This is a full-time, on-site role in Indonesia.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Contract & Partnership Associate Manager to manage contract drafting, review, negotiation, and partnership matters, particularly with vendors and international business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial, partnership, and vendor agreements.

Manage contracts throughout the drafting, negotiation, and execution process.

Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders.

Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements.

Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including international vendors.

Provide legal and contractual support for business partnerships and corporate initiatives.

Maintain proper contract documentation and records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract, legal, or commercial partnership roles.

Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

Strong written and spoken English is required.
