Job summary

PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is seeking a Legal Contract & Partnership Associate Manager to manage contract drafting, review, negotiation, and partnership matters, including with international vendors. The role requires hands-on drafting and strong English communication.

The ideal candidate has a law degree and at least 5 years of experience in contract or commercial partnerships, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder needs across borders. This is a full-time, on-site role in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract, legal, or commercial partnership roles.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with international or China-based partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial, partnership, and vendor agreements.
• Manage contracts throughout the drafting, negotiation, and execution process.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including international vendors.
• Provide legal and contractual support for business partnerships and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain proper contract documentation and records.
