Job summary

PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is seeking a senior financial planning leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy. The role partners with senior management to convert strategic initiatives into precise financial models and compelling business cases.

You will analyze performance, evaluate investment proposals, and explore strategic scenarios to guide decisions at holding and business-unit levels, while optimizing capital allocation and profitability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required.
• 6–8 years of experience in financial planning, corporate strategy, or consulting.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and business evaluation.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
