Job summary

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to lead tenant interactions and oversee operations within the property portfolio in Jakarta. The role requires a background in hotel and hospitality management and at least two years in a similar property role, with strata title experience.

Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus. You will lead a team, negotiate tenant-related matters, and focus on service quality and occupancy

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel & Hospitality Management.
• 2+ years in property industry with strata title experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Property industry, with Strata title experience
