Job summary

ASRI is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleanliness and hygiene for indoor and outdoor mall areas, based at K Mall in Central Jakarta. The role requires 3+ years in housekeeping within malls or similar commercial properties and strong knowledge of sanitation and pest control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major required.
• Minimum 3 years in housekeeping, preferably in malls or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, hygiene, and pest control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of indoor and outdoor mall areas, incl. public areas, corridors, toilets, and facilities, per housekeeping standards.
• Monitor and coordinate with housekeeping vendors to manage daily cleaning activities, manpower allocation, work schedules, cleaning standards, service quality, and SOPs.
• Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and pest control to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for visitors, tenants, and employees.
• Oversee housekeeping facilities, equipment, and supplies, coordinating with related teams to ensure maintenance and availability.
• Respond to and resolve visitor or tenant concerns related to cleanliness, housekeeping, sanitation, and facility conditions promptly and professionally.

Job description

Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.

Min. 3 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in malls, retail properties, high-rise buildings, or similar commercial properties.

Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, sanitation, hygiene, and pest control.

Experienced in supervising and maintaining indoor and outdoor plants, including basic landscape arrangement and design.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 for daily administrative, reporting, and operational activities.

Willing to be placed at K Mall (Central Jakarta).

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of indoor and outdoor mall areas, including public areas, corridors, toilets, and other facilities, in accordance with established housekeeping standards.

Monitor and coordinate with housekeeping vendors to ensure daily cleaning activities, manpower allocation, work schedules, cleaning standards, service quality, and compliance with established SOPs and agreed procedures.

Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and pest control activities to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for visitors, tenants, and employees.

Monitor housekeeping facilities, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate with related teams to ensure operational needs are properly maintained and available.

Respond to and resolve visitor or tenant concerns related to cleanliness, housekeeping, sanitation, and facility conditions in a prompt and professional manner.
