Qualifications

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Role Summary:

As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing operations, ensuring maximum occupancy rates, and managing tenant relations. Your role will involve developing and implementing leasing strategies, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants to foster a positive leasing experience.

Responsibilities:

A. Leasing Strategy and Management

• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy rates
• Identify and target potential tenants, and develop marketing campaigns to attract them
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies

B. Lease Negotiation and Administration

• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Prepare and review lease documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
• Manage lease renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the leasing department
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to leasing activities
• Analyze leasing metrics and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement

D. Marketing and Promotion

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote available properties
• Utilize various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising, to attract tenants
• Coordinate property showings and tours for prospective tenants

E. Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and manage the leasing team, providing guidance, training, and support
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

F. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and property information
• Prepare and present regular reports on leasing performance and occupancy rates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or in a similar role in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of leasing principles, property management, and real estate market trends
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
