Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing lease documents and records.
• Experience in Property Management, overseeing daily operations and coordinating with maintenance and front office teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze rental trends, competitor offerings, and demand for data-based pricing and leasing strategies.
• Skills in Resident Retention, focusing on tenant communication, issue resolution, and long-term occupancy initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build professional relationships with tenants and partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with lease management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree discipline in Business/Property Management/Hospitality preferred; relevant leasing/tenant relations experience valued.
• Knowledge of local property regulations and leasing practices in Indonesia.

Role Description

The Leasing Manager/Tenant Relations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for managing lease agreements for serviced apartments and commercial spaces, including preparing, reviewing, and renewing leases in line with company policies and local regulations. The Leasing Manager/Tenant Relations professional will conduct market research to understand rental trends, recommend pricing strategies, and support occupancy and revenue targets. Day-to-day activities include overseeing lease administration, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, maintaining accurate tenant and lease records, and ensuring timely communication with tenants. The role also focuses on resident retention by responding to tenant inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating resolutions with relevant departments, and supporting initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and long-term relationships.
