Job summary

PT Wiratara Prima, a building management company in South Jakarta, is seeking a proactive Marketing Staff to promote and lease commercial spaces. You will identify prospective tenants, build strong client relationships, and guide leasing from inquiry to contract completion in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least 1 year of property leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Business or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing, sales, marketing, or commercial real estate
• Experience in office buildings is preferred
• Well-groomed with strong professional etiquette
• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and service oriented

Responsibilities

We are urgently looking for a proactive and target-driven Marketing Staff to promote and lease commercial spaces by identifying prospective tenants, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract completion.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective tenants, respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and/or face-to-face meetings

Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective tenants

Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and agreements with prospective and existing tenants

Prepare leasing documents (Letter of Offer (LOO), Lease Agreement (LA), Termination Notice, etc)

Monitor lease expiry dates and follow up on lease renewals

Achieve leasing targets and contribute to maximizing property occupancy

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing, sales, marketing, or commercial real estate

Experience in office buildings is preferred
