• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring budgetary performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits as needed; provide variance analysis.

Role Summary:

The Finance Accounting Staff will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations

B. Transaction Processing

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

E. Budget Support

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring budgetary performance

F. Compliance

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies

G. Audit Preparation

• Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits as needed
• Provide support for financial analysis and variance reports to identify trends and discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles in F&B Business
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
