Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is recruiting for a Finance Accounting (& HRGA) General Manager for a leasing client in Jakarta. The role leads Accounting and HR functions, ensuring compliance and strategic advisory to Management and the Board.

The incumbent will drive team performance, oversee financial reporting and tax matters, manage HR lifecycle, and implement compliant policies and internal controls across both functions. Fluency in English and a strong leadership track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Business level of English proficiency.
• Min. 3 years of working experience as Administration GM in the leasing industry, handling Finance Accounting Tax.
• Solid technical foundation in Accounting and Taxation, with hands-on experience and relevant professional certification.
• Proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams across more than one function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting and Human Resources functions, ensuring both operate effectively, efficiently, and in full compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Management and the Board on financial, tax, organizational, and people matters.
• Build and develop both teams through setting objectives, managing performance, and ensuring the right capabilities are in place.
• Oversee all accounting and financial activities, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and tax matters.
• Deliver accurate, complete, and timely financial reports, and ensure Management has the information it needs to make decisions.
• Drive resolution of outstanding accounting issues and reconciliation items.
• Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support both business needs and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and internal controls across Accounting, Tax, and HR.
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the accounting, tax, HR, and internal control landscape.
• Track audit findings and compliance issues through to closure, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare and present periodic performance updates and elevate key issues to Management.
• Continuously improve processes, policies, and internal controls across both functions.
