Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an FAT & Administration Manager to lead General Affairs, Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions for our client, a Japanese LPK company. You will manage back-office operations, coordinate with head office, and supervise Admin and Finance teams to ensure compliant, efficient processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of managerial experience in related fields, with strong English and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Business English fluency.
• Min. 3 years of managerial experience in Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Tax in any industry.
• Proven experience managing and supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, administration, and general affairs functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the General Affairs, Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions of the LPK
• Oversee and ensure the effective management of administrative and back-office operations
• Lead, manage, and supervise the Administration and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure efficient performance and collaboration
• Ensure administrative, finance, accounting, and tax activities are properly managed and conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Manage General Affairs and administrative requirements to support the LPK's day-to-day business operations
• Oversee the overall management and operational activities of the LPK, ensuring effective coordination across functions
• Coordinate closely with the head office and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient administrative and operational processes
