Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Japanese leasing company to fill the Marketing Admin Senior Staff ~ Supervisor role. You will support the Marketing Lead with daily operations, contact clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and manage accounts.

Prepare price quotations, business proposals, and final contracts, while maintaining relationships with clients. You will handle financial and administrative documents for contracts and credit applications, and report in English to Japan HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Marketing Admin or Sales Support in Leasing industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple tasks and organize documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Lead with daily operational tasks.
• Contact clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and manage accounts; report weekly and prepare visit reports for Japan HQ.
• Handle, review, and verify all financial and administrative documents for contracts and credit applications.
• Prepare price quotations, business proposals, and final contracts; maintain relationships with clients.
• Collect financial documents, complete client credit applications, and securely manage confidential documents for PDG.
• Write and submit daily activity reports to local management in English.
• Prepare and update overdue reports to track delayed or outstanding payments from clients.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
