Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to lead end-to-end HR and general affairs operations in Indonesia. You will supervise the HRGA team, oversee payroll and talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with OJK regulations while managing industrial relations and workforce adjustments.

The role reports directly to the Country Head of HR and requires strong stakeholder management, integrity, and the ability to navigate fast-changing business dynamics in a fintech/p2p lending

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HRGA management, preferably fintech or P2P lending.
• Strong exposure to OJK regulatory environment.
• Experience handling industrial relations cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll administration and reporting accuracy.

• Prepare structured HR operational reports for management.
• Report to the Country Head of HR.

• Supervise the HRGA team, overseeing C&B, payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, and office management/facilities,
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure reporting accuracy,
• Ensure compliance processes in alignment with OJK and Indonesian labor regulations,
• Handle Industrial Relations cases and workforce adjustments,
• Lead recruitment execution aligned with approved manpower planning,
• Prepare structured HR operational reports for management,
• Report directly to the Country Head of HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HRGA Manager / Supervisor experience, preferably within Fintech / P2P Lending,
• Strong exposure to OJK regulatory environment,
• Proven experience handling Industrial Relations cases,
• Experience navigating fast-changing and high-pressure business dynamics,
• Strong stakeholder management capability,
• High integrity, structured thinking, and calm under pressure.
