Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and record journal entries in the accounting system.
Issue sales invoices and manage billing-related documentation.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist in month-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoice and payment matters.
Other tasks as assigned.
