Job summary
PT BINTAN RESORT CAKRAWALA is seeking a proactive Sales & Leasing Development professional to drive growth across the resort's commercial assets in Bintan. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and lead leasing negotiations from proposal through to implementation.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property, hospitality, or commercial leasing, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus; willingness to be based in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, property management, real estate or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property, hospitality, or commercial leasing.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, self-driven, professional and accountable.
- Willing to be placed in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections, business presentations, and leasing negotiations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth leasing transactions and project implementation
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to support commercial growth
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in property, hospitality, or commercial leasing is preferred
Strong business development, negotiation, and sales closing skills
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
