Job summary

Akulaku Group in Jakarta is seeking an enthusiastic final-year student or fresh graduate with a psychology background to support Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives. You will assist in coordinating and executing trainings, create materials, and help with video editing and infographics.

Responsibilities include recruitment support, admin tasks, onboarding activities, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate with psychology background preferred.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning & Development & Employee Engagement
• Assist in internal trainings or learning sessions from coordinate to execution (moderator, documentation, design, video editing, material, certification, infographics)
• Handle admin tasks (attendance, scheduling, feedback, reports)
• Help to create communications or simple learning materials
• Assist HR team in organizing internal events & onboarding activities
• Share creative ideas to boost engagement & work culture
• Recruitment
• Support sourcing, resume screening & interview scheduling
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience Maintain recruitment trackers & databases
