Pengiklan Anonim in Surabaya, East Java, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern – Training & Development to support our HR team in crafting and delivering training programs for staff. This full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives in an educational setting.

You will collaborate with experienced HR professionals, assist with onboarding activities, maintain training records, and help improve employee engagement.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Indonesian proficiency is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in training, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and show initiative.

Mansioni

• Assist in identifying training needs across the organisation via surveys, interviews, and performance assessments.
• Assist in designing and developing training materials, including presentations and manuals.
• Coordinate and organise training sessions, workshops, and professional development events.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
• Analyse training data and prepare reports on effectiveness and outcomes.
• Assist onboarding for new staff, including orientation support.
• Research emerging training trends, methodologies, and tools relevant to our sector.
• Provide administrative support to HR, including scheduling and document management.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance employee engagement and professional growth.
