Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end learning programs across multiple locations including Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru. You will analyze needs, design curricula, and deliver engaging sessions while driving post-training evaluations.

The role requires coaching, material upkeep, and collaboration with L&D and stakeholders to meet business objectives. Travel domestically is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Engineering, HR, Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Training Instructor or L&D roles.
• Professional certification in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analysis and identify learning priorities.
• Design and update curricula, modules, and instructional materials.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with engaging facilitation.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness via assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate programs across locations and ensure standards.
