Anabatic in Tangerang is inviting a Learning Development & Engagement Intern to join our HR team for 12 months. You will support Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Event Management, and Learning & Development activities, gaining hands-on experience with documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University.
• Willing to work full time for a 12 month period internship.
• Able to follow company policy and working hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities across Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Event Management and L&D.
• Maintain Job Description docs in HRIS and Google Docs.
• Track Performance Appraisal progress and prepare related reports.
• Assist with promotion data reporting and training vendor coordination.
• Provide operational and administrative support for company events and post-training reporting.
