Job summary

Abhati Group di Jakarta Utara sedang mencari tenaga ahli pengembangan orang untuk mengelola program pelatihan keterampilan personal dan teknis karyawan. Anda akan merancang kurikulum, mengimplementasikan pelatihan, dan mengevaluasi hasilnya.

Posisi ini juga melibatkan kerja sama dengan vendor untuk kebutuhan pelatihan, serta merencanakan program branding perusahaan dan kegiatan engagement karyawan. Tugas tambahan termasuk membantu proses rekrutmen melalui laporan tes psikologi dan survei

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in people development (training).
• Experience with TNA, module development, implementation, and training evaluation (levels 2-3).
• Knowledge of psychological testing tools interpretation.
• Understanding LMS-based learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee soft and hard skills training programs, including coordination with business units, curricula/module development, and implementation and evaluation.
• Seek and establish cooperation with vendors for hard and soft skills training needs.
• Organize company and employee branding programs, including establishing cooperation with external parties (e.g., universities and schools).
• Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys for all employees.
• Assist in the recruitment process, particularly by compiling psychological test result reports.
