Job summary

PT-Link-Net-Tb is seeking a motivated intern in BSD City, South Tangerang to support the Finance and General Affairs teams with invoices and documentation. The position welcomes final year students or fresh graduates from Management or Business Administration, and requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You will work both independently and with the team to ensure accurate data entry and filing.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Management or Business Administration.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented, organized and responsible.
• Able to work independently and with the team.

Responsibilities

• Input and process invoices.
• Copy, scan, and distribute invoices to the Finance team.
• Input and maintain invoice summaries.
• Support other administrative activities related to General Affairs.
