Job summary

Riverside Golf Club is seeking a motivated L&D Coordinator to design and implement learning programs for staff, working with HR to identify development needs and align with organizational goals.

You will manage training logistics, monitor program effectiveness, maintain records, and ensure LMS access for all employees. Hospitality experience and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in hospitality.
• Able to speak English clearly.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage and motivate staff.
• Proficient in using LMS and training technologies.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Analytical skills to evaluate training needs and program effectiveness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic/video design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and implement engaging training programs meeting diverse employee needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Organize training logistics including scheduling and materials prep.
