Job summary

Riverside Golf Club is seeking a Warehouse Staff to manage storage, inventory, and distribution within the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling and accuracy. The role emphasizes safety, proactive problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor Degree with warehouse or logistics experience, and excellent Excel/Word skills. A proactive, fast-learning mindset is expected in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Previous warehouse/inventory or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• High attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and documentation.
• Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a quick decision environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, store, deliver, and supply items per SOP.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing materials are accurate and damage-free.
• Conduct regular stock takes to maintain data accuracy and traceability.
• Record stock changes on stock cards and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Process documentation and data per SOP for on-time accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and follow safety rules.
