Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. seeks an HR Training Specialist to partner with managers across departments, developing learning strategies and training materials to close skill gaps. You will prepare for sessions, deliver interactive trainings, and monitor safety orientations.

You will support hiring, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching colleagues, while upholding the Gold Standards and company policies in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• Experience supervising teams is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or HR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers and heads to discuss staffing and recruitment needs.
• Develop training plans and materials for various formats.
• Conduct and deliver training sessions to groups of employees.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of staff.
• Ensure safety training and orientation are conducted and documented.
