Job summary

Riverside Golf Club seeks an experienced Maintenance Club House Supervisor to oversee club house facilities, ensuring safety, reliability and a superior guest and member experience. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and implement preventive programs across all equipment and spaces.

The successful candidate will lead by example, maintain accurate records, assist in budgeting and purchasing, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical certification or training in related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to deliver technical capacity building for the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance team.
• Conduct regular inspections of the club house and surrounding areas to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Manage maintenance requests and repair schedules effectively.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Assist in budgeting and purchasing of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report to management as needed.
