Job summary

GlobalXtreme, part of PT Internet Madju Abad Milenindo, invites a Learning and Development professional to drive training programs in Bali. You will manage the LMS, develop competency-based training, and support organizational development across divisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating training operations, delivering modules, and evaluating training effectiveness while reporting progress to stakeholders. Bali residency is preferred and compliance with Indonesian regulations is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Learning and Development.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Strong public speaking, communication, and leadership skills.
