Job summary

PT Sukses Corp International is seeking a Curriculum Development Specialist to design and structure learning curricula aligned with our competency framework and business needs. You will craft objectives, learning paths, and module roadmaps across soft, technical, and hard skills.

In addition, you will develop e-learning content, manage the SINTIA LMS, and ensure ongoing content quality through collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Curriculum design and development aligned to the competency framework and business needs.
• Create learning objectives, pathways, and module roadmaps for soft, technical, and hard skills.
• Conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders to identify competency gaps.
• Build scalable instructional design frameworks and consistency across modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and structure learning curricula aligned with the competency framework and business needs.
• Develop learning objectives, learning paths, and module roadmaps for each competency area.
• Conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders to identify competency gaps.
• Create storyboards and instructional designs for e-learning content.
• Manage and curate content on the LMS, including updating modules and external resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to validate content and campaigns.
