Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a Learning Development Operations Specialist to design engaging training content and manage multimedia assets for nationwide teams. You will craft visuals, infographics, and microlearning videos that simplify complex recipes, store workflows, and operational standards.

You will also oversee LMS data, validate learning analytics, and use AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve training outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in digital learning are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in digital learning content or instructional media design.
• Strong graphic design, photography, videography and short-form video production skills.
• Ability to translate complex procedures into engaging learning assets.
