Job summary

Japfa is seeking a Digital Content & Multimedia Specialist to design and manage digital training content, including videos, infographics, and interactive materials. You will oversee multimedia production for training programs and corporate events, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will support the Training Center with digital learning solutions, ensure AV readiness, and explore new technologies to improve learning experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Multimedia, Communication, IT, Design or related field.
• 3-5 years in digital content development, multimedia production, learning tech, events, or related.
• Experience with multimedia production, digital content, or corporate events.
• Knowledge of AV tech, video production, graphic design, and digital content development.
• Experience with creative teams, vendors, or event organizers.
• Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital learning content (materials, videos, infographics).
• Plan and supervise multimedia content production for training programs and events.
• Provide digital support for training centers and ensure AV solutions.
• Coordinate digital and multimedia requirements for corporate events.
• Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities with emerging technologies to improve delivery and engagement.
