Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Proven ability to develop competency-based curricula and KSA-based syllabi.
• Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, ADDIE, and adult learning.
• Hands-on experience with TNA and evaluating training using Kirkpatrick.
• Able to calculate training ROI from business data and work independently as an IC.

Responsibilities

• Develop competency-based curricula and learning pathways.
• Conduct TNA and translate gaps into learning interventions.
• Create detailed KSA-based training syllabus with objectives and methods.
• Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles to learning solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions and support internal capability development.
• Design training evaluations using Kirkpatrick levels and ROI where applicable.
• Manage learning initiatives end-to-end from analysis to evaluation.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Prepare learning reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Apply responsible AI practices for data confidentiality and oversight.
