Job summary

Golden Agri Resources Indonesia mencari tenaga ahli keterlibatan sosial untuk merencanakan dan mengelola program pemberdayaan komunitas di area operasional perusahaan. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, NGO, dan pemerintah lokal untuk implementasi program berkelanjutan di Jakarta.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman di FPIC, analisis pemangku kepentingan, dan penyelesaian konflik, serta kemampuan mengelola RKAB dan anggaran program.

Qualifications

• Minimal gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait (Perhutanan, Pertanian, Ilmu Sosial).
• Pengalaman dalam keterlibatan sosial, pemetaan pemangku kepentingan, dan penyelesaian konflik; pengalaman dengan NGO menjadi nilai tambah.
• Penguasaan alat keterlibatan sosial termasuk FPIC, analisis pemangku kepentingan, dan metodologi penyelesaian konflik.
• Kemampuan manajemen proyek yang kuat untuk koordinasi komunitas.
• Semangat 'doing well by doing good' untuk integritas lingkungan dan sosial.

Responsibilities

• Merencanakan dan merancang program berbasis pemberdayaan komunitas.
• Menentukan jenis kegiatan seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi MSMEs, lingkungan, atau infrastruktur.
• Mengembangkan RKAB dan menghitung kebutuhan dana untuk setiap program.
• Mengelola pelaksanaan program bersama tim internal, vendor, NGO, atau pemerintah setempat.
• Menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara perusahaan dan komunitas lokal.
• Melakukan social mapping dan analisis kebutuhan komunitas sekitar area operasional.
• Melakukan survei lapangan dan berinteraksi dengan pemimpin komunitas dan instansi terkait.
• Mengompilasi data baseline untuk pengembangan program.
• Memfasilitasi dan memantau proses FPIC sesuai persyaratan internasional
• Memberi pembaruan tahunan tentang keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, risiko, dan rekomendasi langkah berikutnya.

Job Description Summary

The overarching objective of this role is to conduct social engagement execution.

Job Description

• Perencanaan dan Perancangan Program Designing short-, medium-, and long-term programs based on community empowerment (community development).
• Determining the types of activities, such as those in education, health, the economy/MSMEs, environmental conservation, or infrastructure.
• Developing the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) and calculating the funding requirements for each program Implementation and Execution.
• Manage program execution in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, NGOs, or local government.
• Acting as a communication bridge between the company and the local community to minimize social conflict.
• Social Mapping and Analysis Identifying the needs, issues, and potential of communities surrounding the company's operational areas.
• Conducting field surveys and engaging with community leaders, local groups, and relevant agencies.
• Compiling baseline data from the social mapping to serve as a reference for program development.
• FPIC Facilitation Facilitating and monitoring the FPIC process for projects. Ensure all relevaant document match international requirement
• Stakeholder Engagement Updates Deliver quarterly stakeholder engagement updates, including progress, risks, and next-step recommendations.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Forestry, Agronomy, Social Sciences).
• Proven experience in social engagement, stakeholder mapping, and conflict resolution; experience with NGOs is an advantage.
• Proficiency in social engagement tools, including FPIC, stakeholder analysis, and conflict resolution methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate community.
• A mindset of "doing well by doing good," demonstrating a commitment to environmental and social integrity.
