Job summary

PT Asthanesia Global Investama is seeking a data-driven learning analytics specialist to analyze capability gaps, translate performance signals into learning requirements, and build dashboards for attendance, completion, and assessment results.

You will curate data from Excel/Sheets and BI tools, ensure data integrity, and report findings to stakeholders to drive curriculum improvements and strategic capability-building roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability in interpreting learning data and translating it into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and link training outcomes to performance metrics.
• Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and visualization platforms.
• Solid understanding of learning frameworks (e.g., TNA, evaluation models) and applying them in business contexts.
• Able to identify capability gaps and provide data-driven recommendations to improve learning strategies.
• Strong business acumen to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to present insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify capability gaps across functions.
• Translate business performance issues into learning requirements.
• Prioritize learning interventions based on impact and urgency.
• Develop and maintain learning dashboards (attendance, completion, assessment results).
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all learning data.
• Generate regular reports to support decision-making.
• Evaluate training programs using structured frameworks (Level 1–4).
• Measure impact of learning on performance metrics (e.g., productivity, sales, quality).
• Identify gaps between learning outcomes and business expectations.
• Provide actionable insights to improve learning design and delivery.
• Recommend improvements to curriculum, delivery methods, and assessment approach.
• Support continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Collaborate with HCBP, and business stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Support development of capability building roadmap based on data insights.
• Utilize data tools (e.g., Google Sheets, BI tools, LMS) for analysis and visualization.
• Improve tracking and monitoring systems for learning activities.
