Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead and manage data analytics projects from business challenge identification, analysis design, analysis execution through to solution implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure project progress and quality align with objectives.
• Leverage statistics and data management tools to guide and support the team.
• Provide actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to contribute to new business.
• Foster team learning and skill development; ensure clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business challenges and lead the proposal and design of data analytics solutions to address them.
• Manage overall project progress and quality, including analytics design, data extraction/cleansing, model creation, and dashboard development.
• Oversee implementation in client systems and monitor post-implementation performance and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor the analytics team, encouraging continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
• Expand data analytics opportunities through pre-sales activity.
